The culture and growth advocate helps everyone on our team ensure that we are living our values and that everyone’s professional growth is well-supported.

Responsibilities

  1. Understand, hone, and extend the company values in alignment with our mission and needs
  2. Help team members connect with our mission and values
  3. Create and oversee the policies, programs, and tools that create a safe, transparent, and supportive environment for team members to engage in the creation and maintenance of our culture
  4. Serve as a resource to team members in their self-guided professional growth:
  5. Provide practice-informed feedback and guidance
  6. Connect team members with services, tools, trainings, and resources
  7. Create and oversee the structured Sponsor and Mentor programs
  8. Serve as the person at the table who is laser focused on our values and culture
