The Strat Growth Lead is an organization builder, focused on putting legs under the functions needed to deliver capital and talent to support non-linear growth.

Responsibilities

  1. Strategize, support and execute initiatives to:
    1. Raise resources
    2. Recruit mission-aligned talent
    3. Manage financial & legal operations
  2. Support building and sustaining a great organization:
    1. Facilitate and/or lead in getting the tools and processes in place to ensure that we’re collectively and individually well-supported as managers of one
    2. Foster collaboration and creation of safe space throughout the company
