Responsibilities
- Strategize, support and execute initiatives to:
- Raise resources
- Recruit mission-aligned talent
- Manage financial & legal operations
- Support building and sustaining a great organization:
- Facilitate and/or lead in getting the tools and processes in place to ensure that we’re collectively and individually well-supported as managers of one
- Foster collaboration and creation of safe space throughout the company
